Section 3: Technical Specifications Acknowledgement
- Remove 32’ of chain link fence to create opening for playground expansion
- Install 260’ of 6’ tall chain link fence to enclose new and expanded playground area (photo attached)
- Includes a horizontal support bar connecting each post and one 8’ wide gate
- Posts will be cemented in and all other aspects of installation will be completed.

SITE EXAMINATION
Bidders are expected to visit the site to compare the specifications with existing conditions. By submitting a bid, the contractor acknowledges that they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work and the local conditions.
PREPARATION and SUBMISSION OF BIDS
- Bids must be submitted to the EPS school office in a sealed envelope.
- The Bidder shall specify a unit price for every item in the Bid Form. In case of error in extension, the unit price shall govern.
REJECTION OF BIDS
The Ellendale Public School Board reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. The District will award the contract to the “Lowest Responsible Bidder,” taking into account the contractor’s experience.
