Viewing & Exporting Schedules

The rSchool Calendar shows all school events for Ellendale Public School.

To view specific dates or activities:

  1. On the calendar website, you can select a particular month from the dropdown menu to view.
  2. Click on a date of the week you want to view.
  3. To view specific activities, click on the activity or activities inside the View Schedules box; then click on View. A new window containing the schedule of the activities you selected will appear.
  4. On the new page which contains the report, you have viewing options to select from. On the upper right side of the screen, select a viewing option from the Change View: Dropdown menu – Day/Date, Date Condensed, Month View.
    a. Day/Date: This is the view you are used to seeing.
    b. Date Condensed: You can get your longer schedules in one page!
    c. Month View: This is the 30 day calendar grid.
  5. You can print, download, email or close the generated report.
    a. Click Close to close the window.
    b. Click Print to print this page.
    c. Click Email this to send an email containing the activity report as an attachment and a link to the report.
    d. Click Download to save a copy of the schedule in your computer.
  6. By clicking Email this, a new window will pop-up asking for the details of your email.
    a. Enter your correct email address on the From: Field.
    b. Enter the correct email address of the recipient on the To: Field.
    c. Enter your comments/message inside the Comments box (optional).
    d. Choose the type of file you want your attachment to be – Attach an Excel file or Attach a CSV (generic data) file.
    e. Click Email this to proceed on sending the email.
    f. Click Back to close the window without sending the email.
  7. You can subscribe to your Viewed schedules and import them to your iCalendar, Google calendar, or Outlook calendar.
    a. Click subscribe at the top right corner of the page.
    b. Click on the icon for the calendar type you would like to export.
    c. Follow further calendar instructions to import your specific type of calendar.

 


Notify Me Feature on rSchool Calendar

 

The Notify Me feature is one of the most popular parts of the Activity Scheduler Calendar. Follow the steps below to subscribe to notifications that pertain to you or your family.

To start off, click on the Notify Me link at the right side of the page:

Step 1 – Login or Create an Account
If you are a Returning User, just login with your registered Email Address and Password. Otherwise, New Users need to create an Account first, enter your Email Address and desired Password, then click Create My Account. Then, you need to supply all necessary information (those with asterisk) under My Account Page, once done click Save and Continue.

Step 2 – Choose Activities
Check off the boxes for the Activities may it be under Categories,Conference/NonConference, or School Only Events that you would like to receive texts and email notifications of.

Step 3 – Setup Notification Preferences
The last step is to Setup preferences if you want to be sent with Reminders before each Activity, and notification emails/texts for schedule changes. Once done, click Save My Settings.

2025-2026 NDHSAA/Farmers Union Insurance Distinguished Student Named
 
JAMESTOWN, N.D. – Brynn Hanson, a junior at Des Lacs-Burlington High School was named the 2025-2026 North Dakota High School Activities Association and Farmers Union Insurance Distinguished Student. Interviews were held Wednesday, April 30 at Farmers Union Insurance Headquarters in Jamestown.
 
Elizabeth Pinke, of Northwood High School was chosen runner up. The other finalists interviewed were:
 
Ava Peterson, New Rockford-Sheyenne High School
Finnegan Kielty, Fargo North High School
Bryce Larson, Kidder County High School
Aubrey Middlestead, Ellendale High School
 
The six finalists were selected from applications sent in by high school principals from across the state.
 
The NDHSAA Distinguished Student program was developed to recognize deserving young people who are the “backbone” of interscholastic activities, not necessarily the leader, but the individual whose participation in high school activities strengthens the program for participants, the school and the community. Applicants are students entering their senior year. The student must be a participant as a player, manager, statistician or other role in at least one NDHSAA sponsored activity. The student must be a good citizen and role model to his/her peers as well as a contributor to his/her school and community. 
 
The NDHSAA Distinguished Student recipient receives a Farmers Union Insurance sponsored $2,000 scholarship. The NDHSAA Distinguished Student serves as the NDHSAA spokesperson for High School Activities Month, promotes the values of activity programs and participates in the awarding of trophies at NDHSAA state contests throughout the school year. The runner-up will receive a $1,000 scholarship. The other four finalists receive a $500 scholarship to the college of his/her choice, publication in the NDHSAA Bulletin and other recognition in connection with NDHSAA events including the presentation of awards.
